Overall, the facilities are good, the room condition is good, it's clean, and it feels like healing because it's in the mountains!!! Perhaps because it was the New Year, there was welcome fruit and wine, so I felt treated well. I took a bath with my kids in a wooden bathtub and they loved it! Above all, the staff are friendly. I want to go again next time~!
Still, there are a few things that are disappointing... The entire resort is not smoke-free, so it was uncomfortable because there were a lot of people smoking outside. I went to get some fresh air, but there was cigarette smoke...
And there is only one restaurant, which needs improvement for foreigners. I think people may like or dislike the very strong spices... The food at the restaurant was just so-so for us. It's not cheap... And we chose it because it was an indoor swimming pool, but we went when it was cold in December and the water was too cold for the kids to play in, so we couldn't swim! Also, please note that it is a relatively smaller resort than in the picture, so there is no separate walking trail. Nevertheless, it is a very good accommodation for a one-day trip to Babi Mountain from Hanoi!!
